Noble Pine Vineyards

Planted this year. Worth the wait.

We're establishing a boutique Cabernet Franc vineyard and sour cherry orchard on the mountain — and crafting a single, deliberately small-batch wine from both.

The Wine

One blend. Cabernet Franc and sour cherry.

Our flagship will be a Cabernet Franc built in the cool-climate Hudson Valley style — peppery, red-fruited, and structured — then layered with sour cherries from our own orchard. The result is intended to be complex and unmistakable: savory and bright, with the tart lift of sour cherry against the spine of Cabernet Franc.

We are making one wine, and we intend to make it magnificent.

Bramble · black pepper · sour cherry · cedar · a long, savory finish.

Why Presales

A vineyard takes years. Your place in it starts now.

Vines don't produce overnight. It will be several years before our first estate vintage is ready to pour. Until then, the only way to own Noble Pine wine is to reserve it in advance. These are true boutique presales — a limited number of bottles, each personalized to you, at a price you lock in today and keep no matter what the harvest or the market does years from now.
