Questions & Answers

Good to know.

Everything about staying with us and reserving our wine, in plain language.

Stays & the Retreat

What kind of stays do you offer?

Two kinds, both short-term and available throughout the year. You can book a self-hosted stay of up to 7 days, where the estate is entirely yours, or a hosted stay of up to 28 days, where we host you throughout and the guided excursions are included. Noble Pine Retreats is a short-stay vacation destination only — we don't offer monthly, seasonal, annual, or long-term or permanent accommodations of any kind.

What's included and looked after during a stay?

A lot. Every hosted stay includes thorough professional cleaning, a stocked home, and responsive, hands-on support from us before and throughout your visit — the kind of personal service you'd expect from a host who lives for this place.

Who typically stays at Noble Pine?

We welcome short-term visitors to the area — vacationers, event and gathering organizers, and business or leadership retreats looking for somewhere private and memorable.

What's the difference between a self-hosted and a hosted stay?

A self-hosted stay (up to 7 days) gives you the entire estate to yourself, with a clean, stocked home ready on arrival — the excursions aren't included. A hosted stay (up to 28 days) is our signature experience: we host you throughout, meals and laundry service are included, and the guided experiences — camping, hunting, ATV tours — are arranged and led for you, with weekends the focus when occupied.

Can guests leave reviews and photos?

Yes — our Guest Book collects reviews and photos from past guests. We'd love for you to add yours after your stay.

Can I really hunt the property?

Yes — in season, the owner personally guides hunts for bear, deer, and turkey across the 198 acres. Guests are responsible for holding a valid New York State hunting license (and any required tags); we'll point you to exactly what you need when you book. Firearms and licensing requirements are confirmed in advance for every hunt.

Is there cell service, internet, and TV?

The home has cable and high-speed internet. You're connected when you want to be — and gloriously not when you don't.

The Vineyard & Presales

Why can I only presale the wine?

Our vines were planted recently, and a vineyard takes several years to produce. Until our first estate vintage is ready, presales are the only way to own Noble Pine wine.

How does the price lock work?

You reserve bottles at today's price and that price is locked for your reservation — no matter how the harvest turns out or what wine prices do in the years ahead. A deposit secures your allocation now; the balance is due when your wine is released.

What if a vintage can't be made?

If we can't produce a reserved vintage, your deposit is fully refundable, or you can roll it to the next vintage — your choice.

Can I personalize the bottles?

Yes. Every presale bottle is personalized. Use our house "table" label or supply your own custom design for a private cuvée.

Can you ship to my state?

Wine reservations and future shipments follow New York State licensing and alcohol-beverage rules. We confirm age verification (21+) and shipping availability for your state before any wine is released.
