Guided hunting
Hunt the property with the owner as your guide — bear, deer, and turkey in season. (Guests obtain the appropriate New York State hunting license; see FAQ.)

The estate, entirely yours.
Arrive, settle in, and enjoy the house, the pool, and the property at your own pace. Professional cleaning and a stocked, ready home are included. The guided excursions are not part of self-hosted stays.
Our signature experience.
We host you throughout your stay: meals are prepared and provided, laundry service is included, and the guided excursions — camping, hunting, ATV tours — are arranged and led for you. Hosted experiences are scheduled across your stay, with weekends the focus when occupied.
Both are short-term vacation stays only — no monthly, seasonal, annual, or long-term accommodations of any kind.
