Noble Pine began with a piece of land in the Hudson Valley that was too beautiful to keep to ourselves.
From it grew Noble Pine LLC and two ventures that share the same soil and the same standards: Noble Pine Vineyards, where we're planting Cabernet Franc and sour cherry to make a single remarkable wine, and Noble Pine Retreats, where we host guests for hunted, hiked, and unhurried weekends on 198 private acres.
We do both the same way — small, personal, and uncompromising about the place itself.
